China Likely to Issue Extra Local Debts

Reports in China are saying that local authorities could be issuing an additional $221 billion in extra debt this year to boost infrastructure investments. That comes after Chinese Premier Li Keqiang called for provinces to bolster pro-growth measures. John Liu reports on Bloomberg Television.
