Good Glamm Group acquires ScoopWhoop for an undisclosed amount | StartUp Central

The Good Glamm Group has acquired ScoopWhoop, a digital media & lifestyle content platform with a male audience of over 60%, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will pave the way for The Good Glamm Group to enter the $1.5bn male grooming market.

In this case too, The Good Glamm Group will follow its playbook of content to commerce.

This acquisition has been announced soon after buy out of BabyChakra and The Moms Co to enter the baby segment. Backed by L’Occitane, Accel, and Amazon, The Good Glamm Group plans to invest more than Rs 500 Cr over the next 3 years to build its presence in the men’s grooming segment.
