Potential of National Road 5 after Reconstruction

Construction of National Road 5, the longest road in Cambodia, with about $ 500 million in Japanese government funding, is seen by experts after the road was completed, the value of property along this road increased by between 10 and 30 percent. The government is planning to develop the area next to the road as an industrial park to benefit from the transit of goods from Thailand to Vietnam via Cambodia.
